Who would like to do that? But strangely enough we often do things that actually sabotage our efforts to become confident. we would like to be confident but are you also secretly wishing to kill your own confidence?
Do you always try very hard to show your ‘Confidence’ but do not actually have any confidence?
You are not alone. many people struggle with this problem for years. Do you know what happens when you resist a thought? It comes back stronger. Now tell me when you choose to become confident? What is your primary reason? Do you hate being Confident? Do you dislike the idea of lack of confidence? Did you go through a bad experience due to your lack of confidence~Do you get bad time due to your low confidence}?
It is likely that you have certain blocks stopping you from becoming the confident person you deserve to be. So, what could these blocks be? You might believe you will never be a confident person, but this belief is not based on fact – it is simply based on your way of looking at things.

What are the common blocks that stop you from being confident.

Do you feel You do not deserve to have a successful life

Difficlut to fathom but lots of people have such a problem. on the outside you may wish to become confident but on the inside you may do not feel like you deserve to be confident. It’s similar to believing you don’t deserve happiness or success. As long as this block remains, it will be very hard to reach your confidence goal.

You are afraid to be confident

Sometimes people are more afraid of changes they have to face due to success than due to failures. It’s the same with confidence. If you become confident and begin to fulfill your goals and ambitions, it would bring a lot of change to your world. Many find change to be a scary prospect.

Do you believe confidence means arrogance

Perhaps you have met people who seemed overly confident – so confident in fact that they came across as arrogant and rather obnoxious. You might be worried that your confidence levels will be unstoppable and transform you into someone you don’t like.
You think certain people are born with a confidence gene and are ‘lucky’

You are afraid of others opinion about your new confident self.

Most of us care deeply what others think of us. Because a lack of confidence is so prevalent in our society, we are often surrounded by other people who are just as unconfident as we are. This creates a sense of bonding, a feeling of belonging. Our friends and family probably reinforce that. Becoming more confident means changing and sometimes this isn’t favored by those around us – they might be hostile to or jealous of our pursuit of confidence and fulfillment. They might feel threatened too and subsequently you might be worried that you will lose friends.

You may belive that you are very shy and you cannot be confident
Surprisingly people thing being shy means you should not be confident. In fact if you are shy overcoming your shyness should be a good reason why you want to become confident
