I am trying to just meet new people and friends over facebook but i dont wanna be creepy and add people that dont know me. Lets say I want to get to know some girl that goes to my school and we have 50% of our friends list in mutual friends, Ive never talked to her, yet I see her all the time in the hallways, would it be weird to add her?

Who/How well do you know people before you add them?

Generally I add people whom I have met once or twice, or am part of a group with.

For example, I’m part of my school’s band with 130 members and I haven’t personally met everybody, but I’ll add anybody from the band simply because of that affiliation.
