@CoZiggy Thanks for your reply. I figured it out by searching online for the same problem. If one is having problems adding FBML to their Fan Page, they have to log out of their personal FB account and make another personal FB account or use their spouse’s account. Then, make them an ADMIN for their Fan Page and then they can make the custom FB Fan Page with the other account being the ADMIN. (Please pass this along to your YouTubers.) Thanks, Tonya

@TonyasDynamicDesigns @TonyasDynamicDesigns definitely feel your frustrations. Static FBML is known to be buggy and I used to have issues with it too. My advice if following the steps in the video above doesn’t work is clear all of your recent browsing history…clear cache, temp files, cookies, etc…and restart your computer. Also, try it a different browser than the one you’re currently using.

***PLEASE HELP ME with STATIC FBML***

Great video! My problem is this. Everytime that I add the “Static FBML” to my page, it will NOT show up under my applications. I can not get past this! It is so frustrating to me!

I am on a desktop computer. I even logged into my FB account on my laptop and still the same thing! Can you please help me because I want to customized my Fan Page so badly. Other apps will add, but this FBML will not! I do not know how to contact Facebook about it. Thanks.

@IwildGirl just found this really easy to use tool that displays your pictures in a cool slideshow – go to involver (d0t) com / gallery (d0t) html then check out the Photo Gallery tool.

@IwildGirl It’s a little tricky if you want to get really custom, but there’s a few basic tools out there if you just want to display some photos. Check out facebook (dot) come (backslash) myflickr and let me know how that works. It let’s you display photos from your flickr account in a custom tab on your page or profile.

@BrandNewBodyNow thanks for the Q. Unfortunately, you cannot add a custom FBML tab to a personal profile page. Facebook only allows this for business pages (I know…lame!)

Hi, I’m trying to help my son (the programmer) to add his program. It’s not working and he says it needs to be in an IFrame.. he wants the TAB to be on the Profile page not a fan page. do you know if it is possible to put in an IFRAME? appreciate you response…, mom – he doesn’t like to ask for help..
