The state of Minnesota has decided to use the 1961 Federal Wire Act to target the online gaming industry, at the very same time Representative Barney Frank has decided to target the UIGEA for repeal! All this and a friendly warning for players and webmasters.

Yes, anytime you have a multi-billion dollar industry which is not regulated and forced offshore you WILL attract a criminal element.
When I came into the industry in 2001 it was 50/50 who was honest and who was a crook. Now, it’s 80% good guys who are licensed in the UK, Gibralter, Isle of Mann, ect.
Yes, you still need to be careful, but all the “criminalization” the US Government has done to the industry has NOT stopped it! We MUST have regulation to have player protection. Period.
I am all for online regulation 100% but it pains me to say that the online casino industry is a SHAM. At least the software brands for certain casinos I play with. The patterns to deter your winnings are recognizable and the the odds of outcomes that have very, very low odds of frequently coming out, comes unnaturally often. I have been taking notes strenuously for a few months and I can attest that you won’t see patterns like these in a natural environment.
Really? Thanks! I haven’t “rocked” since I had children! LOL!
You rock as always man!
Would you rather tea and scones? LOL! =0)
I’ve thumbed down this comment for bad taste
Your love of Red Bull befuddles me…
What’s up with Finland?
I heard online poker is finished there. Now they want to set up a state run site?
Maybe the U.S. will follow.
Pokerstars is the largest poker site and it is run out of Israel via Isle of Man set up right before 9-11-01? At least it has cool ads.
Yup, after a loooooong wait…
Great video. Nice to see Barney Frank coming out with a really positive move.
No, but I will now! =0)
Off topic. Tried Red Bull Cola?
Delish!
