Law of Attraction

Nanette Geiger, Law of Attraction Coach , writes…

Recently I received an email from one of my subscribers. He asks … I am struggling to create my desires but I continuously feel afraid and anxious. On top of that there are a build-up of bad habits, lack conditioning, low self-esteem and usually hone in on my past disappointments. What should I do? The Law of Attraction is a powerful tool for positive realization in your life.

First off, I highly respect this person for posing this question. For one, he acknowledges that part of his active thoughts and feelings are negative. A lot of people I meet doing this work, including the so-called ‘spiritual’ ones, refuse to accept that they have any of this active in their energy. It wouldn’t be spiritual in the end. Please!

It’s key to understand what is happening in your mind and take control of it. The fact that you think and feel this way indicates that it is present in your vibration. You will continue to attract situations that reflect back to you circumstnaces to feel anxious and disappointed. Empowering yourself with the Law of Attraction is hugely helpful for Relationship Attraction, and is not hard to understand.

Einstein said: No problem can be solved from the exact level of consciousness that created it. He meant releasing into the a higher order of being. For me that means coming into Universal Love and Abundance, or the Divine organizing power of Source. Would it not be perfect if we could simply flip a switch and let go and let God, as it’s said? Simpler theorized than put into practice most of the time for most of us. But, you can start by committing to a daily practice of looking for things to be grateful for. Look for the love and kindness in your life as it is at this moment. That’s a gigantic and quick vibration raiser.

If you can do your best to make peace with where you are you will immediately be releasing resistance to what you want. Do not worry that being ok with your present circumstances will attract more of it to you. It won’t. But you’ll be doing the very essential step of letting go of resistance. You see, constant attention on your life causes you to create more of that same stuff. So easing up a bit and finding aspects in your life to love will soften your vibration. You cannot have your attention on a thing and not have it as a part of your vibration.

After you’ve solidified what you want to bring into your life, the next step is to figure out what thoughts and feelings you actually have concerning the chance of your creating what you want. Is self-worth part of it? Is your track record and the past getting your attention? I suggest journaling what’s present in your beliefs and then writing affirmations that soften little by little until you can imagine what it’s like to already be experiencing what you want as if it is your present life experience.
